Very easy to use, and to find different departure scenarios and stay length
Ease of use, being able to try multiple scenarios thanks to the "wizard" vacation maker. The best is being able to specify a departure range and stay range, have the system find us scenarios.

Bad service, my flight was cancelled twice and when I ask to rebook it, they wanted to charge me extra, the worse service I’ve ever got, called air canada vacation and they gave me a way better price...
