Great customer service...going to go direct with them moving forward.
Excellent. They were so responsive in helping me even though it was really on Travelocity/VRBO. Big kudos to their customer service. I'd book with them again any time.

Your credit card declined
The card you had on file was declined due to NSF, I had to pay for the room again. My star rating may change depending on how quickly I receive a refund
