Thanks for your feedback; very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our product and service. Dealing with your first two points - 1) fitting two roller screens side by side – yes this is a good point because the total of both side channels is 80mm and there must be enough room on a vertical centre bar to accommodate both. I accept this point is not made clear on the website so we have amended the measuring guide on this page http://www.streme.co.uk/product/roller-fly-screen-for-windows-residential/ - hopefully this is clearer now and thanks for pointing it out. 2) Handles – as discussed the screen/mesh is only in place when the window is open, which means the handle on the window is out of the way and does not obstruct the screen. When the window is closed, the screen is retracted back to the cassette, out of the way of the window handle – this is a real plus point for this type of screen and one reason why it is so popular. Again we have highlighted this point on the product page. Fitting your screens: your handyman and I have discussed fitting options. I am sending samples of narrower side channels which should enable him to fit the two screens side by side. I am due to talk to him again on Monday to make sure we have a workable solution for you. Thanks for your feedback, it's much appreciated. Comments about the return email noted - the data is captured during order processing but not added to the email. Have requested a fix for this.

Service Update: 16/05/14 - This has now been fixed
