Thank you for your feedback on the Kilner Drinks Dispenser. Firstly may i apoligise for the length of time it has taken to dispatch your order. The Kilner dispensers have proven to be an extremely popular item and since their introduction earlier in the year they have became one of our fastest selling products. Unfortunately due the unexpected demand we quickly sold out of the intitial stock we had purchased. It seems that the manufacturers had also underestimated the large demand and due to this the dispensers have been unavailable not just to Stephensons but all UK stockists. We are working extremely closely with the suppliers to keep up with demand and are expecting a delivery of new stock in early August. Should any of our customers be unhappy with the wait we are more than happy to provide a full refund for your order, please again accept my apologies for this delay, it is not something that happens regularly at Stephensons and is certainly something we make every effort to minimise Kind regards, Peter Crossen, Customer Services Manager
