Poor customer care and communication.

There was an automatic renewal and no prior notification. This is not good customer care. I discovered the renewal in my bank account.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were not aware that your policy would be renewed. When policies are approaching expiry we always send out at least 2 emails to customers advising that we will attempt to renew unless they let us know that they don't wish for the renewal to go ahead. If the policy is renewed, policy documents are sent out instantly by email. If you did not receive any of these emails, please contact our sales team on 01494 484800 or sales@sportscover.co.uk and they will check that we have the correct email address for you. If you did not want your policy to be renewed, we would be happy to cancel it for you, and provide a full refund within 14 days. The sale team would be happy to process that for you.
