As stated in the feed back request email you received We only ask for feed back on our service and NOT our product as we are aware that many who have bought will hopefully never have to use our insurance. Therefore, as you purchased a policy online we would be looking for feed back on how easy you found this process and ways we could improve our website. If you do have any feed back on this then we would be more than happy to hear it. Our customers receive just two emails regarding feed back however we will take your comments into account and review this.
