Hi Christopher, we think you might have got us mixed up with another company! We insure you for your sporting trips but we hope our service was as good as the one you have reviewed!

Hi Christopher, as stated in the email asking for feedback, we ask for for feedback on our service and not on our product as we know  more often that not our customers do not need to use the insurance they take out. Therefore, we are asking for your feed back on our customer service, our website, how well our information was displayed and how easy the process was to get a quote and purchase. We value our customer feedback highly and it enables us to improve our service to our customers. We hope therefore, you had a good experience in purchasing your insurance with us and apologise for the confusion.

It may be that they took out incorrect cover, or they may have already had general travel cover and taken out our Activity TopUp policy just for the day(s) that you were playing rugby.
