I am sorry to hear that you have not received your policy documents. They were automatically sent by our system when your payment went through. Perhaps they went into your junkmail folder, or were blocked by a firewall?

I have just resent them - if you still cannot find them either in your inbox or in junkmail, please email me at alisontaylor@sportscover.co.uk and I will reply and attach the documents. That way they should get to you.
