Thanks for your feedback Ray. We are pleased Jessica was able to help you efficiently with your insurance purchase. Your brave parachute jump photo looks fantastic! Well Done!

I believe that the initial enquiry was made by one of your fellow team members. He was quoted the one off prices to pass on to the other team members, and also advised that if you wanted to organise yourselves as a group we would be happy to give you 10% discount off the quoted prices if 10 or more people took out cover at the same time, or 5% discount for 5 or more. We are happy to do this for group policies because it cuts down the amount of admin time that is required here. It does however mean that 1 person has to collate all the details for the people to be insured, and pay for the group policy. If people buy individual policies, we have no way of knowing / guaranteeing that for example 9 more people are subsequently going to take out cover.

I'm sorry if this was not made clear when you took out the cover and we hope that you will consider us again for future trips. In order to get the best prices I would suggest that you go onto our website and select the Sports Travel policy, and then select "group". As long as there are 10 of you, you will get the 10% group discount. Alternatively, we can send you a group booking form to fill in and email back to us.

Thanks for your feedback Ronald.

Thank you for the feedback and choosing to renew your policy with us James.
