Disappointing, as explained earlier. No need to say any more.

I received a renewal quotation which euated to a 27% increase in premium. There was no explanation of the increase, as far as I recall. I decided to accept as I had 2 years of a very reasonable...

Thank you for your feedback. We believe this is regarding our golf policy. If it is, our claims costs have increased significantly over the past two years which has forced us to increase premiums. The increasing costs of golf equipment has been the main driver for this. We have maintained our premium for a number of years but regrettably our insurers have requested that we increase premium to cover the claims inflation we are experiencing.
