Very Very BAD, I requested my auto- renewal price before they renewed but they went ahead and renewed it first and then told me later, It Will not happen again.

Thank you for your feedback George. We send renewal information out to customers a month prior to their renewal dates with prices and whether they are set to auto-renew, allowing the opportunity to opt out and manually renew if they wish to accept our price for the policy. Unfortunately sometimes they can end up in spam or junk folders, we apologise the communication was not received before the renewal went through.
