They let you buy the food that is not in stock, no phone call or email just a refund that takes over a week to appear back in your account.

Hedgehog happiness
Every evening in spring, summer and early autumn we put out dishes of Spikes Semi moist, next morning they are completely empty - the hedgehogs obviously love it.,
