more than I bargained for

I really only wanted a quote and I ended up having purchased a policy. The woman I spoke to was very nice and the conversation very quickly moved from "getting a quote" to "purchasing a policy"

I called the customer service line for a quote and more information then all of a sudden it felt like I was coerced to sign up by using terms like “part of your premium is donated to SPCA” and...
