Parcel force delivered the goods 2 days later than advised. Although this is not directly the fault of the supplier it does unfortunately have to reflect on them.

we are so sorry to hear that your delivery was two days later than promised, and we can understand how this delay affecting your rating of our service level. Sadly, we are very much at the mercy of our courier to deliver the parcel on time (as promised) and have taken your feedback up with them. They apologize also for this situation, saying it was "a misdelivery", so they had to re-deliver two days later.
We hope you are happy with the products you ordered, and we are here to help with anything else regarding our products in the future.

Thank you for your review and feedback. All the online orders over £100 + VAT on our website get a free delivery - there's no delivery charge! However, under £100 + VAT, for the moment, we have a £6 + VAT delivery, and we are working on finding the best way to reduce it (in the existing limitations. We appreciate your online order and your business, and we hope you will order with us again!
