The item was ordered on Saturday and readied for dispatch on the Monday, unfortunately due to a significant incident at the DPD depo used by our company they were unable to collect the items on time and the incident meant a significant volume of parcels entering the depo which took longer to manage. I am sorry that we were not able to deliver on the Tuesday as should have been the case, this was sadly a situation outside of ours and our carrier control.
The service was excellent and the turn round time was fantastic was kept informed at every stage of the process
