Amazing how fast you can respond when defending negative feedback, yet you failed to respond to my final email regarding my wish to not proceed with the policy, so I had no confirmation from you, and you also failed to return phone calls made or respond to voicemails. I stand by initial feedback and to be honest would rate you a minus for your response to it.
