We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service you have received this year. I have looked into this further for you and listened to the conversations you had with our renewals department. It was not our intention to make you feel like you have been pushed into taking cover out with SME Insurance Services but we did want to make sure that you were not left without cover. I can confirm that you did have a 14 day cooling off period as advised, but we apologise if you feel like you were misled regarding this. Your policy documents were sent via the online portal on 06/07/2015. As you have not received these I will get these sent again directly to the email address we have on our system. This will include your employers’ liability certificate, policy schedule, key fact and policy wording. You insurer no longer issues public liability certificates, but this is stated in the policy schedule.
