Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for us. Firstly, we can assure you that the refund has now been actioned. Our products are made in Turkey especially for us to designs and specifications we choose. In an effort to improve our product offering, we continually try different zipping options and we can assure you that the zipper from the top down was one that we commissioned in this design. We also still had other stock of the same design with the zipper from the bottom up. It was unfortunate that you ordered two and received one from each batch. As this is absolutely not a fault and that you chose to use and wash the item, knowing the zipper differences, we felt it fair to say that this fell outside our normal refund policy. However, it is also fair to say that you should not have received two different specifications of a single product. It is heartening to to see that, despite your dissatisfaction in this matter that you still gave the other two items you ordered 5 stars.
