We appreciate your comments, we used to force the opinion of the owner regarding the quality of the apartment. We will do a complete renovation of the furnishings of the house in the next month. Dear Nancy, I renew the offer for the discount, I'm sorry for the issue occurred, Pantheon Royal is a great apartment, and the location is perfect. The manager of the accommodation is the weak link in the chain. Our position is in the middle between guest and owners, we try to do our best in terms of reliability and efficiency, but in this case we find an unprofessional and unpunctual manager. The only think within my power is a very good discount for your family in the next location you will eventually need.
