Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review As per the terms for the car park booked, amendments must be made prior to the final 72 hours of arrival at the car park. Unfortunately, as we were contacted within the final 72 hours of arrival we were unable to amend your booking and we advised you could either make a back to back booking or you would need to pay the car park overstay charge. Whilst we are sorry that the incorrect return date was booked we would advise to check the booking summary prior to making payment and check the details on the booking confirmation once the booking has been made.
