We are sorry to hear of the problems you experienced and that you were unhappy with the service you used on this occasion. SkyParkSecure are a Price Comparison Website and Booking Agent, we do not own/operate the Car Parks or provide the service. We provide the booking process to which you had no problems and this review is therefore not in relation to ourselves. We operate a complaints procedure and should a Customer feel it is relevant to raise a complaint this should in the first instance be sent our Customer Service Team to enable us to contact the company on your behalf. I have had a look into your booking and can see that we have not received a complaint from you. SkyParkSecure and the companies who advertise on our website are always looking to make improvements and would appreciate it if you could send details of the issues you had, including your booking reference to reviews@skyparksecure.com to enable us to process this as a complaint. Hi Carol, We are sorry to hear of your circumstances and can assure you that we are trying to get this matter resolved for you. Your payment for the alternative car park was paid to the airport and therefore they will need to process a refund if they are able to agree. We are awaiting a response from them but we are continually chasing this matter up for you and will get back to you as soon as we receive a reply. We can only apologise for the delay.
