Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review The car park booked is Sentinel Parking - Park & Ride this is an off-site car park and the car park address and details are provided prior to the car park being selected and a booking being made. Once the booking had been made a booking confirmation was sent to you and this provided the car park address, postcode and a directions link which pin pointed the car park on google maps. Whilst we are sorry if you went to the incorrect car park the details were provided prior to booking and also on the booking confirmation once the booking had been made.
