Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you feel let down by communication from our customer service team. You were regularly updated via email and other communication platforms about one item out of 3 which was still outstanding from our supplier. You were sent regular communication via emails regarding your order before it was dispatched. We sent the items to you that were ready and informed you that the last item would arrive in a separate parcel. We also compensated you for the product that was delayed. You were regularly updated regarding the delay via emails as the supplier in the States had shipment delays which had affected clinics Nationwide in the UK. Your order was delivered and signed by you as seen on the courier documentation but you have mentioned your item was not delivered.
