Prompt response. Delivered what I specified.
Once I engaged with them turnaround was quick and their knowledge of resorts very helpful. I hope the Customer Service team can handle the details as we get nearer to departure.

Quick response; listened to our needs, provided a selection of options, altered the suggested accommodation at our request, booked and took the deposit.
