I'm very sorry to read that you experienced difficulty adding your club discount to your booking. We have conducted extra training with the team to make sure they are full aware of all discounts available and to make sure this does not happen again.

Listened well and came up with a number of good options
Ski Solutions listened well to our requirements and came up with a number of good options within a few hours, despite our holiday booking being last minute. I would definitely book with them again.
