Dear Maria
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent booking to Chamonix. We ensure that all of our Account Managers receive regular product training but understandably there will be some properties and resorts they are more familiar with. We use all feedback to help improve our service and I will make sure your Account Manager receives further training. I am pleased, however, that we were able to secure the flights you required and you chose to book with Ski Solutions.
If you have any queries in the run up to your holiday please do not hesitate to contact our After Sales team on 020 7471 7711.
Kind regards
Rebecca
