I cannot recommend Ski Solutions. It would have been easier to arrange myself. They do not call back when they say they will

Thank you for providing feedback. At Ski Solutions we strive to offer unparalleled levels of service and pride ourselves on getting back to clients in an efficient manner, I am sorry that you feel disappointed in the service you received.
I understand that you were looking to book ski carriage and were informed that unfortunately Inghams’ allocation was full, therefore you were advised to add this directly with Jet2. Ski carriage space is limited and sadly out of our control. I understand that we provided you with the details to add this directly with the airline prior to departure.
I do hope that you had a lovely holiday in Morzine and experienced some good skiing.

only weak point: the structure of the chalet and lack of shower gel missing ( contrary to what I was told)
I haave outlined issues with the safety of the building... but nobody has returned my call
