I am sorry to hear that you initially found the Account Manager abrupt - we usually receive excellent feedback for her however we have passed this on for her to look at for the future. I am glad she managed to find and book you a holiday that you were happy with in the end though, and hope that you are currently enjoying yourselves out in Meribel!
We apologise if you were not given the full information from the After-Sales team - when booking with Tour Operator's we can only pass on the information that they give us when sending over a client's travel documents and yours stated check in at the airport. I am happy to hear that they managed to sort it for you when you went direct however, and we will speak to them about ensuring we have all the information necessary to pass on to our clients.
I hope you and David have a lovely time out in Meribel.

Good service but let down by clients
Alice was lovely and helpful. I was disappointed that LeSki had pictures of nicer chalets posing as cheaper chalets and I can't help but feel this wasn't a naive mistake but is more of a cheeky ploy...
