We would also like to clarify that the stated 45-minute waiting time is approximate and the average, rather than a guaranteed maximum waiting period. Depending on the arrival of other passengers and the coordination of the shared transfer, the actual waiting time may occasionally be longer. That said, we fully appreciate that the experience you had did not feel well organised, and we are sorry that the service at the meeting point did not meet the standard you expected.
