Excellent service very friendly. Could I suggest though that the person meeting travellers at the airport explain to them that rather than just go out the doors to position (P5) that they also explain that these are arrows (did't look like arrows at first glance) that need to be followed to where your shuttle is located. If I had walked beyond the first marker I would have seen that it was also P5,but I obediently stood at the position told!

Easy to book, staff wonderful and very good value for money
The company gave the wrong hotel details to the driver. It was stated on our voucher the correct hotel but his office told him the wrong one in the wrong place. We spent over 2 hours trying to find...
