frustrating
The customer service was good. But I couldn't get the glasses i wanted (first wrong colour, then wrong size) after 2 tries and about a month later, I gave up and asked for a refund.

Received my valentino sunglasses and they were bent :
My Valentino sunglasses came bent and did not sit correctly on the table when opened up ... it will also cost me to return them so extremely unhappy :(
