Lots of information packed into 2 days

I found the layout of the workbook, together with the 'book that has to be handed back' confusing and disjointed.

Sorry to hear you found the workbook confusing. The book that has to be handed back would be the official copy of the relevantstandard and we are not able to change the format of this in anyway. Both are designed to be physical guides to assistyou through the training in conjunction with that the tutor is delivering.We appreciate your feedback andwill take it on board.
