I’m really sorry to read that the light you chose was not right for you. It’s so important to get the right light for your needs and tastes, which is where the no quibble 30 day home trial comes in. Beauty is always in the eye of the beholder, as I'm afraid is value. I think I'm quite plain looking but my wife seems to be satisfied. At least I haven't noticed her wishing she'd married the milkman. If you look at the other reviews you'll see it goes to show that you can't please all the people all the time. There are indeed many cheap lights out there. We will gladly arrange a full refund and collect your light or arrange a swap if you prefer.
