All staff were extremely professional, polite and very helpful.
Main hotel reception staff were really helpful and friendly as were the guys who took our bags to our room on arrival.
The private transfer from and to Olbia airport was very smooth and stress...

The booking was very easy with all the necessary information being provided. A change in the admin system meant that the date to send the boarding pass, etc, information was missed but everything was...
As described in previous feedback, the service has to be measured against the things that did not go right and blaming a new, untested system is not a good, confidence assuring experience.
