We are disappointed to have received this negative feedback. You emailed us on Boxing Day. I did apologise we had not replied sooner and explained we had been away on Christmas holidays. You emailed back saying “Sorry for going the Paypal route, I did not know you guys were on holiday. Thank you for responding and for the refund.”
