Hi there, Thanks for leaving your feedback, I'm sorry to hear about this experience. I can see that your order was placed on Thursday the 17th after our 3pm same day dispatch at 3:31pm and so would typically be sent the next day, however this was a bank holiday as you mention meaning it wouldn't be processed until the next available working day as per our delivery information page. Your order was dispatched from us on the 20th, but as you say there was another bank Holiday on the 21st which will have impacted the delivery service getting this to you. Due to the time of placing your order, it would have had the expected delivery window of between 22/4/25 - 24/4/25. I'm sorry this hadn't arrived at the start of this window as you'd have liked. I cannot see a message written within your order unfortunately so this would be why it had arrived blank.
