We are continuously updating the website to improve the user experience when buying cards and we therefore greatly appreciate your feedback. Fortunately within the next month we will be introducing a pre pay account, which will speed up the process when buying your cards. So do keep a look out for that and other exciting changes that we have in store.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your card. All our cards are printed to the highest quality and are printed on good quality card. Some of the cards that are sold in store differ from the cards online, such as the texture of the card and customisation. A lot of our customers prefer to buy their cards online as they like the added element of being able to personalise their cards with a name or a photo, which you cannot do in one of our stores.
