My order was lost a few times before I finally received it . And then I had to make changes as one item wasn't in stock . The staff were friendly and helpful when I rang up. I wasn't that impressed...

Hi Jodie, I am very sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. From time to time we do get a backlog of orders and delivery times can be extended. You can always return your order to us for a full refund if it is no longer suitable for its purpose.
