We were very disappointed to learn that your stay at Sandals Barbados did not live up to your expectations and your experiences at our other resorts that you have previously visited. As you know we take great pride in providing the very best service and we are truly sorry that this stay was not reflective of this. Please be assured that the concerns you have mentioned are certainly not the norm and have been shared with the resort management teams for their attention, so that they may address these with the relevant departments and where necessary corrective action can be taken.

Gone downhill since 2014

Contrary to our last visit where the team seemed happy and buoyant, we would say 50% of the Beaches staff seemed unhappy, grumpy, not very well trained or just rude. A real shame.
