Hello and thank you for sharing such a detailed review of your stay at Sandals Barbados. We are delighted that overall you had a fantastic honeymoon with us and we are sorry that some aspects of your stay were not to you liking and did not meet your expectations. We do understand and appreciate that not all of our resorts will suit all our guests and while the majority of our guests do have an enjoyable time at Sandals Barbados, we do realise that every guest is unique and each experience will be different. At Sandals, we greatly appreciate all guest feedback whether positive or constructive, as we are constantly improving our holiday package for our valued guests. We do hope that in spite of some aspects of this visit being disappointing to you, the wonderful memories you created and returned home with will guide you back home to one of our other beautiful resorts. We were very disappointed to learn that your stay at Sandals Barbados did not live up to your expectations and your experiences at our other resorts that you have previously visited. As you know we take great pride in providing the very best service and we are truly sorry that this stay was not reflective of this. Please be assured that the concerns you have mentioned are certainly not the norm and have been shared with the resort management teams for their attention, so that they may address these with the relevant departments and where necessary corrective action can be taken.
