Thank you for sharing your feedback with us and we are truly sorry that you were disappointed with the housekeeping service you received.  Our housekeeping personnel are usually known for doing a detailed job in making sure our rooms are clean for our guests, and frequently go the extra mile to ensure that our guests are comfortable and happy in their surroundings. I am really sorry for any service inconsistencies you encountered in this regard during your stay. 

It is always our goal to provide an exceptional product and high level of service, and we take very seriously any comments that indicate that we were not successful in that endeavor.  I have shared your comments with the resort management for their attention and review.
