I am currently waiting for exchange order.However I had to pay delivery to return wrong size and delivery of correct size..I.have spoken with customer services and explained the issue.However .So far have not been offered any reimbursement of costs this error incurred .So at present not changing rating.

Had to return both tunics due to size, cost me £8.25 for a tracked delivery and still had money deducted from my refund. Very expensive mistake.
