Click and collect
Took long than I thought, also had to pay for posting, to pick up in store!. Don't think that's right for click and collect.

Fab but payment was confusing, first of all a pound was taken from my account, then once I'd received my items the full amount of the products was taken. A little confusing

Delivery and click and collect options make no sense
Delivery times too long. If you are offering the option of click and collect then there shouldn't be a delivery charge - it makes not sense you might as well get everything delivered!!
