If the fault with your original clock was notified to us, we would have found a solution in order for the clock to tell the correct time. As clock manufacturers we understand the clock must tell the correct time.

Dear Deborah, with your most recent purchase, the correct delivery country was not selected on the checkout page but left as the default country as United Kingdom. We shall speak to our IT department in order to seek a solution for customers to select the correct country for delivery before proceeding.
