We use customer feedback to review our performance and have investigated the delivery timeframe you experienced on your order to ensure we are providing the best service possible. We can confirm that your order was placed at 9.46am on Friday 10th May and delivered on Monday 13th May at 13.50pm. We don't currently offer special delivery services such as Saturday delivery outside of Royal Mails normal weekend deliveries but will review this based on your feedback. Many thanks, Rocket and Fox.
