I personally was not involved in your sale but have taken an interest in looking at the file. I can see 171 different file notes which log feedback calls and activity from us to you, the seller and both sets of solicitors. I can also see numerous emails to you with updates, some even some after office hours in order to ensure issues were not held over to the following day.
We do appreciate buying a house is frustrating, especially when is goes on for months (this is unfortunately the system in this country) but I feel your rating of our service is harsh.
