I’m glad to hear that the initial visit left a positive impression, but I’m genuinely sorry to hear that the experience didn’t quite carry through in the same way. That sense of connection and care is something we aim to maintain throughout, so it’s disappointing to know it felt more transactional after the start.
Your feedback around the lack of follow-up once the sale was complete is completely fair. A simple thank you should never be overlooked, and I’m sorry if that was missing. It’s something we’ll take on board as we continue to look at how we can make the whole experience feel more personal and consistent from start to finish.
