Red Funnel Isle of Wight Ferries

We are sorry you were not able to travel on an earlier sailing which was due to a temporary reduction in vehicle capacity whilst the upper linkspan surfaces were treated with anti-slip paint before the worst of the winter weather. Whilst pre-booked customers for each sailing were unaffected there wasn't space on some sailings to upload all stand-by customers. Unfortunately it wasn't possible to widely pre-advertise the capacity change as the decision to go ahead was based on a 24hr weather window - the time needed for the new coating to cure. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Efficient car handling service. Passenger lounge is never warm, so heating must be minimal. Food service very slow and confusing with two serveries but one for hot food only.
