Staff helpful, always clean,seems to be better on times. Years ago the captain used to tell us about the cruise ships in Southampton it gave a personal touch.

The service was good. But i was booked on 16.30 and arrived at 15.25 and was charged priority for a boat that was half empty and no other vehicles on port for boarding.
