Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry that you didn't enjoy your holiday as much as you had hoped. Although the resort is lovely to stroll around in the evening, we recognise that without opting out of a part of the local walking programme we recognise that we don't schedule in much free time to relax in the village and its lagoon. We seek to pace the walks to allow participants the time to beauty of this corner of Majorca - we're sorry that you felt that you weren't able to properly enjoy the walking programme. We do aim to split the evening meals between the hotels and local restaurants to provide a variety of food and location during the week. Angus Russell Planning Manager

I'm sorry that this appears to be a second request for your views on your holiday - we're trying out Feefo as a means to highlight independent reviews of our holidays. Looking through our correspondence I'm pleased to see that you enjoyed your holiday to Italy and note your preference to have a local guide on cultural and long haul holidays to support the walks leader. Many of our holidays do have a local guide accompanying the group for part or all of the itinerary and this is highlighted on our website and in our brochures.
